No. Absolute separation from God, and therefore from all that is good, is ultimate punishment. Nothing else could make the situation worse. It isn't really punishment though. It is simply God respecting our choices. Those of us who reject God and shut Him out of our lives are allowed to have our choice.

I don't think I've ever been called a "Christer" before. Makes me feel like a footballer.
Yes, I do believe that there are differing degrees of punishment in Hell. I also believe that there are differing levels of attainment in heaven. There are certain obeisances that may be done that are pleasing to God that not all Christians complete or even know about. As a person draws nearer to God, that is, as they seek Him more and more sincerely, God Himself will put in the way of that soul a means to elevate them to a closer position to the Throne Room of God.
Contrary to opinions put forward here at Y!A R&S, this is a good thing.

No, the belief that there is a fiery hell is not even Christian.
The idea of a fiery hell is from pagan religions that the Catholic Church adopted. Never did the Hebrews of Jesus' time believe in such a thing. Just because the Catholic Church says there is doesn't make it real.
Reason: If your child did something bad would you torture your child? Of course not! Yet that is what Christendom teaches that a loving God would do.
The fact is that this idea NEVER came into God's mind.
Notice the condition of the dead at Ecclesiastes 9:5,10. It shows that the "dead are conscious of nothing at all.."
If they're not conscious of nothing at all how can they be tortured? It's not possible.
If the dead can't feel anything then why would God make a fiery hell? It would be meaningless.
All hell is is mankind's common grave. Notice Jonah 2::2 which says that when Jonah was inside the fish he was in hell. The reason it would say that is because it would have become his grave if he had never been rescued out of there.

Of course not. There would have to be a hell first. Then they could put levels on it.
Sorry, I know I'm not a christer, I just couldn't pass up this opportunity.

No. Hell is as the Bible says it is. There are no "differing degrees" of punishment there.

Yes, that doesn't mean hell will be nice and jolly for some, it is still a place of eternal torment and a place of fire and brimstone, but there are degrees.

Yes. It is clear from scripture that someone like Hitler will suffer way more than a person who has never killed anyone.
