I am a poor person who cannot afford the expensive cosmetic surgery and my breasts are extremely large for my size and height and I have alot of stomach fat that I would like removed as well as a breast reduction, are there methods to reach doctors that do these surgeries probono, if anyone knows can you let me know?

Insurance can cover it, it covered mine 100%.
Find a PS that is covered under your health insurance directory and see at least three of them.

With regards to people saying "lose weight you'll lose in the breasts" that is NOT true at all. Depending on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue you have, you may not lose ANYTHING in the breast (First hand experience here). If its more fat, then you may lose, if its more dense you will NOT lose. The only way you'll know is by losing weight, which is always a good thing anyway for health reasons.

Stop. This is so shallow. If you lose weight, u will lose some from your breast area. If it's so important, work for it. If you don't chane your diet and lifestyle, andyou got the lipo, the fat will come right back. Work out, change you diet, work on the inside of u.
