The over 60's are issued with them. And they can ONLY be used between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, and ALL day on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

In Liverpool/Merseyside Coffin Dodgers passes can be used from 9;30 in the morning until I think midnight with very few restrictions
