If the head is not warped, and the bolts were torqued correctly, and re-torqued after the required time, then there is a problem in your engine cooling system. The head is getting too hot, ether due to low coolant, an air pocket in the cooling system, or a lack of coolant flow.
I assume you had the head checked at a machine shop, not just said it was fine by looking at it! The amount of variance in the head that will cause a problem is not readily apparent to the naked eye!

How do you know the head is fine? It could be cracked and the problem is not the gasket at all, or it could be warped and need to be planed.
How certain are you the gasket was installed properly, and was the correct part? Was the head torqued down to factory specs?
If all these are ok, you may have a serious blow-by problem in one or more of the cylinders where the pressure is getting into the lubtication system, back up into the head and blowing it out, but that is unlikely. I would look hard at the above suggestions/questions first.

if you own an 86 nissan, be realistic and don't invest to much money. Save yourself some trouble and install a used Japanese engine (they come strait from Japan with only 30-50k
miles on them). that way you now know what you got
under the hood.

Either the head or block is warped or not torqued correctly may need thicker gasket.

The head may be warped.
Have a machine shop check/mill it.
