What you are talking about is not a specific loan for a religious group. It's called "alternative credit" for people who want to buy a house, but have NO credit score. Note that it's not for people with a LOW credit score.

Let's say a 20 year old has never had a credit card, bought a car on credit, etc. They want to buy a house now, and have NO score. If they have paid their mobile phone bill, water bill and electric bill on time (say at an apartment they rented with a friend), then they might be able to get an FHA loan.

Call a loan officer that does FHA (not all do).

Honestly I have no idea what you are talking about. I am a Witness, and personally never even had a home loan. There is certainly no prefered type of home loan for a Christian to get, that I know of. If a specific Witness you know uses a specific type of home loan that you want then you should ask him or her.

there is no religious denominational bank. most major lending corporations do have programs where you can establish what is known as alternative credit to help you obtain a home loan. i know 5/3 bank does this.
