Cheese as a general rule is high in fats, so by eating alot you are ingesting a large amount of fat. We dont need alot of fat in our everyday diet.
If you must eat cheese try to eat the "white" variety instead of the "yellow" variety. They are lower in fat, and better for your cholesterol.

Just remember moderation. This is true with everything!! The only thing that I can think of that would happen , health wise that is from eating too much cheese or dairy is intestinal problems, like constipation and a little windy if you know what I mean.

I would need to know just HOW much cheese you're eating... and I mean, everything in moderation, you know? In any case... if you're lactose intolerant it will obviously cause you digestive problems.. but the only real problem I could foresee for you, if you're not lactose intolerant, is severe constipation. If you don't eat a balanced diet, and aren't getting enough fiber to counter the "plugging" quality of cheese... you're going to be for some rough times in the washroom. Of course, I'm no doctor.. but I'd just suggest, enjoy your cheese in moderation, with a balanced diet. Cheers!

A naturopath doctor once told me to stay away from Cheddar.
I eat a lot of cheese, but I don't think that it's good for the vascular system or digestive system, ultimately. The non-creamy types of foods don't tend to clog things up as much, but it's difficult to eat perfectly.
I believe that as far as cheese is concerned, less is better, and this is probably what your intuition is telling you, and why you're asking.

I love cheese. I will eat as much as I want! But be careful. Too much of anything really isn't good. The worst that can happen is that you'll put too much calcium in your body, or you'll gain a few pounds from the ultra fattening ones, like Brie or goat. Yum.

there was a cheese special on the history channel last night, i am sure it will be on again if you have access to that channel. It said cheese was 50% fat. Kraft was the first people to invent cheese whiz, cream cheese, and also sliced cheese individual wraps. But back to you being cheesy eating cheese, think about it, if you were on the Atkins diet, perhaps it would work in your advantage, if not, anything in excess is bad for you, even God tells us that in the bible.

There are a couple side effects of cheese which are negative, but no real health risks. Some side effects inclde constipation. Also, cheese contains a lot of fat, so I suggest switching to low-fat of fat-free cheese, and also upping your water intake ( for the constipation ). Hope that helps!
