can i reapplying to get a tourist visa for visiting relatives in japan once i was denied? for the same puposes

You can re-apply again but be sure to complete the documents and comply with proof that you have money to spend in going to Japan by showing bankbooks and financial statements.

hopefully different people will take you in,,

if possible, try asking for a recommendation letter from your relatives saying that he/she has a consistent job and home. alos something like that from your school or office.
