The law varies from state to state. You can call your local Justice Court and ask what process you need to follow. If the people in question are tenants, the rules will be different than if they are just staying rent free. Be sure and specify when you call. Some states require you to send a certified notice by mail. Then you may have to pay a fee to the local Justice Court. Whatever the procedure is, be sure to follow it as specified. Also, if they paid a security deposit or advance rent, they may be due a refund.

There is a process to this. If they are staying on a lease, then you have to let them stay there so long as they do not violate the lease. If they violate the lease, then you have to send them written notice (preferably by certified mail) of violation. If they persist in violation of the lease, you can begin eviction proceedings, which will require contacting the appropriate court. If they are not on a lease, simply give them 30 days notice. If they refuse to leave, you'll have to file a suit in the appropriate court.

Send them a letter asking them if they could please keep the noise down. If that doesn't work you can call the police and complain about the noise if it is happening late at night. If you can record the noise and take it to small claims count for them to hear it a long with a copy of the letter you sent them and a copy of the police report. You can have them evicted

You question is not very coherent; who owns the house where you both reside? Is there a lease in place? If so, what are the terms and conditions of the lease? Are they relatives or friends and/or are they paying any rent?

You must give them 30-60 days notice depending on where you live. Im sure that there are pro-bono lawyers in your area. A phone call and a couple of questions are free so get on that first. Good luck.

Go to a shelter. If you can't find one, ask the police for help. The Salvation Army may be able to help you. 60 degrees is not cold. You are an adult. Get a job and support yourself.

STOP YELLING...had to say it.
I would say to ask the police the proper way to get rid of them. You did not say who they are. Renters, family, what?
The police know the local laws and may be able to help.

in california when someone is staying at your house more than 24 hours you have to take them to court to evict them..which sucks..maybe that goes for where you live to..might wanna look into that.
