Vitamin A is fat soluble, not water soluble. It does not matter if Spinach is a large part water or not. ADEand K are fat soluble.
Even multi vitamins that claim to have 100% of the RDA are usually not absorbed well because they are either USP which means they are made with petroleum and coal products. Great for your car but not your body. These are first generation vitamins.
Second generation vitamins are made with fruit extracts often times which can not be standardized.
Third generation vitamins are made from plants, food based, standardized and stabilzed using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP'S) These are the ones that can actually get absorbed into the cell
You are fine to continue to eat vegetables as well as take a GOOD multi vitamin. Don't just assume you will absorb what is in product. Most of what is availble over the counter is junk.
Naturopaths, chiropractors, homeopaths have access to the best and are usually pharmaceutical grade "nutraceuticals".

Yes, Vitamin A is not water soluble. It is stored in the liver, while beta carotene can be stored safely at much higher levels you could build up toxic levels if you continue this pattern.
There is another issue here with spinach. You are getting extremely high amounts of vitamin K and this could cause blood clots even from a minor bruise.
Moderation is the answer;
try a more varied diet.
You should cut back on the vitamins supplement for a few weeks and then take them every other day.
The site in source is specifically about spinach, once you get there you can follow links to information on nutritional values of several popular common foods

Spinach does not directly contain Vitamin A. It contains carotenoids, which your body (if it wants to) converts into Vitamin A.
It's only "preformed" Vitamin A that you can get too much of and the amount required is hypothetical. There are ZERO documented cases of death from Vitamin A.
Because most vitamins contain Beta-Carotene (which again, is not Vitamin A, but something your body converts into Vitamin A) you are not at risk of even slowing down your liver with a blast of Vitamin A.
It is far more likely that you will damage your liver from artificial sweeteners than Vitamin A.
Also, keep in mind that the "RDA" of any nutrient is explicitly defined as the amount required to prevent the average person from dying from the deficiency disease caused by not having enough of that specific nutrient. The RDA is NOT the maximum amount you should intake of the nutrient and it is NOT defined as the amount supporting optimal cellular function. That means that 100% of your RDA doesn't mean you've taken in your max. It means, again by explicit definition, that you have taken in the amount that should prevent you from dying from the associated defficiency disease as long as you're getting about that much each day.

Spinach is rich in Carotene, a vitamin A precursor, and is not toxic. but it can accumulate in the body fat, giving the skin a yellow hue. This is most noticable in fair skinned infants who are given a lot of yellow vegetables. It is not harmful.
Vitamin A, however, is also fat soluble, and can accumulate in excess amounts in the body. It is not excreted by the kidneys, at least not sufficiently.
The recommended daily intake of vitamin A is 5000 units. Some experts recommend that this be revised downward.
In your situation, you are probably ok, but just don't overdo it. "If one multi-vitamin pill a day is good, two ain't better."

Since the vitamin A you are receiving from spinach would be water soluble and not the kind that builds up in the body, any excess would be excreted.

If you're now not getting the right nutrients with the meals you consume ordinarily, whether or not this is a topic of your approach, personal tastes, or nutritional disorders, then you may also have got to take nutrients. Many individuals take multivitamins even supposing they consume good simply to ensure they're getting what's 'encouraged' for a day-to-day quantity. If you've gotten bee instructed by way of your general practitioner to begin taking a nutrition, that's a different rationale. For me, I was once now not getting adequate calcium- as we all know, calcium is indispensable for lots of factors essentially the most good recognized being "Strong bones" so I began taking calcium capsules. A pal of mine takes Vitamin D for the equal rationale, her general practitioner stated she wasn't getting adequate of it. It's simply some thing your frame advantages from often, the specifics range relying on what nutrition

It may be a tad too much, usually a mulitvitamin gives you 100% of your vitamin a for the day. Check the spinach to see how much vitamin A you are getting from it. Too much vitamin A has been associated with an increased risk of fracture

It is entirely possible to have too much vitamins - especially fat soluble ones, such as Vitamin A. Vitamin A is highly toxic in high doses. Check how much Vit A is in your multi-vitamin, a lot contain the maximum recommended dose.
Liver contains the most Vit A - so don't OD on it (mmmm - liver....)
(PS blue eyes, ascorbic acid is water soluble, so is easily excreted in the urine - Vit A, E etc hang around in fat cells for ages)
