I think the one where he tricks him into thinking god exists is the biggest one.

Well, if Ezekiel had been such a milksop that he couldn't object, it would have served him right. But he didn't correct God, he only complained. The Lord was agreeable, probably because the whole point was that he had to lie there for a certain number of days as part of a prophecy to and judgment against Jerusalem. It's just that the poop of a vegetarian who ate mostly grains and legumes would have been the easiest fuel for Ezekiel to obtain, since he couldn't exactly get up and go shopping. Xiao Gui or Mo gue?

God ordered Ezekial to cook his bread over fire made with human dung. He didn't order him to eat human dung. Get the facts, man, get the facts.

He was showing Zeke a vision of Israel's fate. Put your mother on the computer. I want to see if she is as much an air head as you are.

The command of v. 12 regarding the human dung relates only to the fuel prepared the food.
Scarcity of food in the 18 month siege especially made necessary the mixing of all kind of grain for bread.

Ezekiel was being told to act out the coming seige of Jerusalem. Jeremiah had been prophesying to the people that their actions were going to result in Jerusalem being attacked, but they were not listening.
Ezekiel was told to act out the seige of Jerusalem in front of the people so they could see what was about to happen to them. The seige would include not having any fuel to cook with, and very little food to cook anyway. This is why human dung was shown to be about all that the people would have left to cook with. This was meant to WAKE THEM UP and cause them to return to the paths of holiness and selflessness rather than the paths of selfishness they had taken.
Ezekiel objected to this part of showing the people what is going to happen to them, as he had never eaten anything unkosher and did not want to eat anything prepared over a fire that used human dung for fuel, and he objected. God then allowed him to use cow dung instead.
Cow dung, by the way, is very common to use for fuel, even cooking fuel, all over the world even today. In case you didn't know that. The dung is dried so that it no longer has any smell, it is basically just like a hard rock at that point, that burns. Look it up, you sound like you could use a little bit of education.
Seriously, you really only make yourself look extremely ignorant when you post questions like this. Try a little education, see what the story is about and what the purpose is. Otherwise you just sound like farts in the wind, and about as intelligent.

Dung is used as fuel in areas where little wood is available for cooking.
This is still common practice.
