You seem a little hair confused and I am worried that by all these questions that you are asking you may end up with a disaster on your hands. Check out the below site, there are also lots of black hair care magazines that can steer you in the right direction.
Brixton is excellent for stores selling hair care products - you just need to walk down Brixton High Road - as is Hackney, Walthamstow, Leyton, Upton Park, East Ham, Ladbroke Grove. London probably has the best choice in Europe for black hair care products, there are shops anywhere you see a black community.
Just do a little homework (more than Yahoo Answers), take some time and don't rush into anything (like Vidal Sassoon) as once it's done, with relaxing and colouring, if its not want you want its very hard to put right.
