is there a type of tea that doesnt stain your teeth or stains it less than others?

the lighter in color, the less the stain. assuming you want caffeine, asian green teas are least staining. among these, try the one called 'white tea', or 'white peony' or 'silver needle'. if you don't care about the caffeine, most herbal teas, the light-colored ones anyway, don't stain.

For any tea stains, try a toothpaste called 'salt toothpaste' made by Weleda. you can get it in some health shops or alternative medicine clinics.

Any of the white teas cause less staining. Also, when ever you can sip through a straw. It cause less stains.
