Everybody takes a rejection personally (not just boys)
But If a boy takes it personally, it means only 2 things.
1) The boy really loved you, maybe he even planned a happy future with you.
2) A rejection is like a challenge to his manhood, he will be constantly worrying why he was rejected and what he did wrong. Try sitting with him and calmly tell him all the reasons why you rejected him (be honest). Later, when he is over you he will surely thank you :)

Because rejection is personal. You aren't saying no to a group are you? He is the only one being turned down. He is isolated. You killed his EGO. Rejection means you are obviously flawed in some way and who wouldn't take that personally?

Men or boys or any kind of male is in it for 2 things Love and FUN if you take away Love......It is only fun and trust me it isn't fun most of the time.....and also it depends on what type of boy you choose

This was so sad, because she was really really important for me, doing good things, but says 'No' ...

it's all related with being a guy.Girls can't understand that.Men like to win.They feel themselves like a king or like a lion.So rejection is one of the worst experiments that a guy can have.i think that was so clear :-)
