Malayalam is the language spoken in the State of Kerala in India - but that's probably not what you wanted to know....

Of course MALAYALEES speak malayalam.Its the language of the people of kerala which is a state of India(Asian -India).Don't u really know this or were u just asking this to find how many would answer.
