What I mean is, if someone accidently placed dead blood infected with HIV/AIDS on his wound, will that person still get HIV/AIDS ?
By the way blood dies in 2-4 right ?

Answer this one, will a plate that a aids victim eats off of contain aids and for how long will it live. How about a water glass.
Shearing a drink, sleeping on a sweaty pillow. Some of these can't be answered due to changes that are left unanswered.

Blood doesn't really "die," the liquid part of the blood (plasma) dries out. The cells are dried, but still intact (usually). The HIV virus is fairly fragile outside the body, dying within a few hours. It would be risky to put anyone else's body fluids on a wound at all. Hence the reason healtcare workers wear gloves, face shields, etc.

Your risk would be pretty low if the blood is dry, higher if still liquid...but not as high as if you shared fresh needles or had unprotected sex.

First, the blood must not be "older" then about 20 minutes.
Second, the wound must be fresh and large (wound that is bleeding or has stopped bleeding 5 minutes before exposure).
