Actos is another option. It can have risks too, but that's the case with any drug. Certainly talk to your doctor. I actually want to come off Actos and just use insulin because insulin is more natural.

Another medication that is the same type of drug as Avandia is Actos. It does not have the same high risk. I have been on Actos for about 5 years now with no side effects at all. You might also check into the new diabetic drug called Januvia. Good Luck!

Actos is pretty much the same thing, that is it works the same way as avandia
