people are retarded, the make a bi-xenon kit for both high and low beams. I bought on for my wife 2001 Jetta. I paid $135 shipped for it, had it for 2 years, and had NO problems. Look on ebay for a bi-xenon kit, it has everything you need and the bulbs are made to fit in the factory housing for whatever style bulb you have, just let them know and they will get the kit for the style, like a 9007,9006, H1 ETC.. The kit comes with the 2 bulbs, 2 ballasts, a relay, and all hardware. The installation is VERY simple. Basically take out you factory bulbs, put the HID bulbs in, plug the relay into one of the 2 headlight plugs, plug the 2 headlights to the ballasts, connect the positve and negative connection from the relay to the battery, and you are done.

Bright blue white light? and over 250 out of your wallet for low beams only? Titan did not come with HID's and 350Z did and the headlight assembly has a shutter that makes high and low beam with one bulb is about $450 each and transformers and light bulbs that cost $219 each do you still want expensive bulbs and no high beams?

if you buy them from a shop most likekly they can install them for you but if you buy them from a anyshop or store they will ask you for what car year, light bulb size and what color you want them i recommend 600k it bright white and you can see clearly also stupid cops wont give you a hassle for having your high beams on it's brighter than stock HID's on most luxuary cars but looks like the same800k are light blue 1000k are dark blue and 1200k are purple but with the blue and purple you'll find its a bit tricky to see base on the info you give them they will give you the kit all you do is install it it comes as a plug and play set up so if you follow the instructions ..it's idiot proof it the kit usually comes w/ 2 light bulbs 2 ballast(they're the light boosters) 3m double sided tape, 2 brackets and instruction the hardest part is finding a place to drill the bracket once you do that the ballst just slides in ...you could just bundle it up in a corner but the balasts are expensive to replace so im sure your not going to want to do that and secure them have fun

if all you want is the color and lok of the expensive hid you can by lights for about 50 bucks that have the color and yet they wont kill the pocket book. They look nice and still have high beam. they have a little more power

if you bought a real good set of them, they come with everything needed to install them with, the cheaper sets don't,it should also have a real good set of instructions for them also, one thing you have to be careful of with those, they get really hot,a friend of mine mounted his close to his bumper and they sort of melted it some,so be careful, good luck on it.
