there's a high possibility, esp. if spreading and itchy... try asking your bf if he had sex before, or both of you go the doctor... pimples occur very very rarely on the genitals

DON'T pop them! I know that sounds gross, but it's pretty common to see a pimple and want to pop it... If it is genital herpes, and you pop it, you'll only spread them.
First thing you need to do is call a doctor (or call a Planned Parenthood clinic, if you don't have insurance) and make an appointment.
Second thing you need to do, is pull your partners pants down and inspect his genitals. Look for anything that resembles what you have, or even scarring that would be a tell tale sign of an old break out. You also need to ASK him if he has ever been tested or has ever had a break out of any kind. If you're not comfortable discussing this with him, you shouldn't be having sex with him in the first place.
Third thing you need to do is NOT worry until you know for sure. It certainly could be just a couple of ingrown hairs, and likely is just that. But get checked by a doctor anyway.

They could be herpes. 70% of the people who get herpes get it from a partner who had non symptoms of signs of a break out. Your partner can shed the virus even when he isn't actively having a break out.
While you don't have any sores in or near your mouth it's really inconsequental since you DO have two sores in the inner lips of your vagina. These need to be checked out by a doctor right away, it's very important for you to do this.
If you don't want to go to your regular doctor go to a clinic in your area, like planned parenthood or something. Don't be embarrassed they have seen it all before.
You need to take care of yourself and in the future please care enough about yourself to protect yourself with condoms.
Remember your very life could be on the life, unprotected sex can have consequences that last a lifetime. Take care of you!

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/treatmentsherpes20158dRi
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. I have been with the same man for the past 10 years and within the last year found out that he has cheated on me with numerous women. I am so scared that I can give it to my children by kissing them and them eating with me...I feel like my whole life has changed. And even though the nurses, my doctor, and websites say that a lot of people have it I still feel like I am by myself. My self esteem has dropped and I feel like I have been used up. But now, My life is very happy.

The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor. Lesions in that area are a pretty telling sign of herpes, even if there is nothing around your mouth. You'll wanna figure out if they hurt or itch also.

Have it checked it out...it could be herpes or gential warts...which they try to say you can't get from toliet seats but you can. Also some vaginal infections can be severe enough when combine with tight pants can make areas like that.

that certainly sounds like genital herpes. It can't be pimples as you don't have any oil glands there. This is what the sores look like for herpes http://www.acponline.org/graphics/bioterro/herpes_simplex.jpg

Do your homework FIRST - there is no cure for genital herpes or oral herpes either.
Why do you chicks go get diseases and/or pregnant then come in here whining about whether-or-not- youre this or that.
Frankly, you deserve whatever you get.
