This is a recipe from the UnCook Book: 1/2 cup almonds, chopped + 1 3/4 cup water. Blend 1/2 cup water with nuts for 1 minute. Add remaining liquid, blend, then strain out pulp, if desired. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
I took a de-tox course a couple of years ago, and it was advised to SOAK the almonds overnight.

Please ! Stop being ripped off by $oy milk & Raw almond$ milk & etc!
Why don't you just eat raw almonds , raw softened soy bean &then
drink a glass of water , there you have a raw almond milk.
* * * Can you stick to basic food & stop wasting your money tomake
the fool makers richer ! ?

If you really want to get fancy, try an ordinary glass of milk and add Almond Extract to it. Zing.
