Saucisson a l'Ail (saw see sun ah lai): it's a French garlic sausage that is a tender, hearty fully cooked pork sausage. Made with lots of garlic, the addition of a hint of white wine and bold spices makes this saucisson perfect.

I think you may be referring to Saucison? It's a delicious French Sausage with lots of garlic and the meat is spiced perfectly! Yummy!

A description of it might help. The way you have written the sound of the name makes me think "small sausages" in Italian.
