their answers are always, "go back to Mexico" or something, as if they know everyones' situation. Maybe its time for them to go back to school and stop polluting Y!/A.

You are correct!
And it's funny, someone did tell me to go back to Mexico (even though they don't know me), and I did tell them to go back to school. I don't go out there and attack people, but I will say something back.
People like that are ignorant.

some think that it will make them look funny to everyone else. people are stupid in general. I have come to understand that. they speak without thinking of the consequences and don't look back. most don't even feel bad for the horrible things that they say out of stupidity.
my advice is to live the life that you want to live and don't think about what Jerks have to say about you or anyone else. Be a good person and you will be able to sleep good at night.

Generally, when someone doesn't have anything intelligent to say about a topic, they refer to attacking. It is just like in 2nd grade. It is the proverbial, "oh yeah, well, you're stupid!" I do everything in my ability, personally, to not make it about anything more than a difference of opinion. There are pros and cons on here that I think are great, and, I definitely think everyone deserves respect.

I agree Amanda
Here's a prime example that happened a few short minutes ago.
Leigh Ann spouting profanity at a poster that dared to disagree with her nonsense.

She WAS reported, BTW.
I'm sure you would have done the same, as you stated, when someone doesn't have anything intelligent to say about a topic, they refer to attacking.

I've seen personal bashing here from both sides, pros and cons. So have you. Let's at least be intellectually honest about it, and let's not pretend that it doesn't go both ways.
Because it most certainly does.
