I would agree that you should stop guessing and go get some solid information. The "right" number of carbs for one person may not be the right number of carbs for the next person. An Endo can give you the info you are looking for or refer you to a dietician that specializes in diabetic nutrition. These people can take YOUR specific diabetes information into account plus factor in anything that may be of concern like weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, heart condition, etc to tailor a eating plan specifically to YOUR needs.

Best of luck to you.

As a snack later, if you'r still hungry try some nut's or i perfer Sunflower seed's. Also mabye try to cut down on you'r other meal's to give you some optition wiht Dinner :) Hope i could help

Your info is wrong.
Stop guessing and see an endocrinologist, a dietitian and attend a diabetes ed class and join a support group.
Subscribe to several diabetes magazines and keep up on the latest treatments.
Good luck

don't go by what you read.If you are not under a doctors care than do so as soon as possible The md will refer you to a good diabetic specialist if you ask them to,many md's think they can control pts diabetes themselves, they can't. They are not specialists. MD also should put you in touch with a nutritionist who will assist making you up menus with the foods you like.

I always recommend a nice, complicated salad with a brisk, two mile walk afterward.
