Sausage, by definition, won't normally come on a bone. It's a blend of meats and spices so it's kinda past the bone stage. If you have some sausage you can remove the casing (or get the sausage loose in the store) and wrap it around a bone of your choosing before cooking it. I mean ewwwwwwwww, but if that's what you want........

There is no such thing. By definition, sausage is a ground up meat. Therefor, there are no bones involved. It's not like it's a specific type or cut of meat that you could leave the bone on.

sorry, sausage doesn't come on a bone unless you put it on. sausage is a processed meat product that is usually sold in links, patties, or ground loose.
