There are many conditions which can cause such symptoms. See a cardiologist.

I have had the same experience more than once. If I did nothing about it within an hour or 2 my blood sugar test would be subnormal each time. If I treated it as I would a hypoglycemic reaction my sugars stayed in the proper range and the symptoms stopped. I'm recommending nothing because each person is different. I am simply stating my personal experience.

You don't have a stiff neck do you? I have a lot of wear and tare in my neck and I had a spell of getting really dizzy and was momentary blacking out luckily I was sitting at the table at the time. It seamed to happen when I was using the computer or reading or when I put my head down as if to do some thing like that.

i know this is really weird, but my boyfriend had the same exact thing wrong with him. i'm not presuming anything about you or what you do, but he drank a lot of alcohol and had started taking a lot of pain pills, and this resulted in anxiety. he had a blood test conducted and he wore a heart monitor for 24 hours and nothing was found. anxiety is weird because its hard to diagnose because it has a lot of physical symptoms such as what you described, and it is very common to get with drug abuse. (not saying thats why you would have it...) i would definitely check out some reading about it...hopefully everything is okay.
i also forgot to add...look at what the user dels replies said. he is extremely right in the situation i'm discussing. my boyfriend would freak out when these "attacks" would happen and it would make it worse. see if that happens. i seriously wouldn't rule out anxiety.

Is this a question?? lol Try eating smaller portions more frequently through the day, and get a second opinion with another doctor. Don't tell second doc you've already been checked out until you get results. Good luck!!

This is most likely a cardiac issue, see you GP for serial blood pressure checks with "tilts" for postural hypotension. Then if still no answer see a cardiologist who will put you on a 24 hour Holter monitor and check for syncope.

A this question is in the diabetes category, I presume that has been ruled out by your blood test. Probability is it is nerves and panic.. A psychological cause rather than physical. The more you worry about it the worse it will be...

I actually had a similar problem recently, after a bunch of tests they found out that I had low iron content in my blood. It could not carry oxygen properly. Do you know if your Dr checked for that specificalll?

Have you checked your blood pressure? Could be too low. I passed out a couple of months a go when mine got to low, but for weeks leading up to that, I felt the way you are describing.

Typically these symptoms can be related to heat exhaustion and/or dehydration.
If these are ruled out as possible causes, then more serious things are considered with respect to abnormal blood pressure, abnormal cranial pressure, etc.
If you believe it is not dehydration or heat exhaustion, then you should talk to your doctor.
