NO...It stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus...that is what causes AIDS.
It seems to me that you could use some education about HIV and AIDS. Then you would know that there are other ways of contracting it....several other ways.
