Veggie burgers are made out of all sorts of things, but FYI - they have them at Burger King. They are quite good. I think it's some sort of grain mix used for the patty. Fridays has Garden Burgers, as does Ruby Tuesdays (don't know where you live).

Go to the store and get Morning Star Farms burgers. They are REALLY good and they taste real, too. I heard Subway has good veggie burgers. I haven't hear anything about Burger King's, though. If you live in NYC or Cali, they have McVeggie burgers at McDonald's as a trial.

It really depends on the brand or recipe. A lot of the frozen veggie burger patties contain vegetable and soy protein. Some also include vegetables like mushrooms, olives, eggplant, etc. My favorite brand is Gardenburger. They are all natural, not genetically modified, and taste great!

well, it depends. some restaurants make their veggie burgers literally out of vegetables. and other make them out of soy based products which makes it taste more like a hamburgers. i personally think the soy based ones are the best.
sorry, i cant tell you the best place where to have them since i dont know what kinds of restaurants there are in your area. plus not all restaurants serve them, try finding a local vegetarian restaurant. or try Bocca burgers in the frozen food (meat substitutes) isle at the grocery store, they're pretty good and come in lots of differnt flavors. good luck.

A vege burger can be made from anything.
Best vegeburger I ever tasted came from mono in Glasgow.
Best home cooked vegeburgers I tried were from Veggies (based in Nottingham)
good luck with your quest to find one you like.
p.s. watch out, some have cheese in and these may not be vegetarian if they might use animal rennet in the cheese).

Veggie burgers are awesome!
find ones that are made from chic peas or lentils, they are the best.
soy ones taste like rubbish and some can have too much grain or carrot in them.
i often get keep them at home an have them on toast : )

It depends. There are several companies that make veggie burgers--Gardenburger, Amy's, Boca, etc.--and all of them have several "flavors," so to speak, of burgers. Read the label, and if the ingredients appeal, try it out.
There are several chain restaurants offer veggie burgers, and you have to ask them what brand they use.
