Go to foodnetwork.com and put in brunch food, there will be a ton of stuff for you to get started with. I love the French Toast Casserole, with scarmled eggs and then a meat. You get fancy with your drinks. Like mimosa and bloody marys. Also put a fruit plate out and get some muffins and scones. But start with food network especially Paula Dean and Racheal Ray shows, they always have the best for breakfast.....

a few brunch ideas (from my bridal brunch haha) depending on whether you are having a sit down thing or a snacky thing and how formal it will be

-fruits- make a tray of simple stuff like grapes and watermelon chunks or apple and orange slices/strawberries
-cheese tray with pepperonies and crackers (cheap at walmart)
-you can buy this stuff called Suddenly Salad at the grocery store. the Bacon Ranch stuff is AWESOME and its really easy to make!
-finger sandwiches like chicken salad, etc (serve in little triangles)
-chips with dip like Spinach or some kind of ranch?
- punch! i used the Countrytime Strawberry Lemonade with Ginger Ale and floated some lemon slices in it to make it look more fancy. very yummy!!

hope this helps!!

when i do brunch i like to serve a good mix of breakfast foods and lunch foods. so i'll have home made pizza (with mozzerella, basil and sundried tomatoes), french toast (baked with candied pecans), a broiled pork loin and omletes. you can get great ideas from foodtv's brunch section. be sure to have coffee, soft drinks, juices and champagne on hand.

I love making nachos, you can do the old nacho cheese, thing, but it'sreally fun when you cut up onions, get black olives, chives, and colby jack cheese,( I also put refried beans bc its more filling) spread chips out on a baking pan, flat and spirnkle everything on, let them bake for long enough for the cheese to melt, pull them out, let them sit for a little while before you pile on salsa and sour cream. you can make a bunch in a little bit of time and they'll be a hit.
