Any suggestion for a skit that would go along with the theme or the age?

It was her idea for the theme to be the 1920's.

Do you mean the 1920's? If so, then look up old radio skits. Groucho Marx, Abbott and Costello (Who's on First?), Amos and Andy. They're all hilarious.

First of all... good party idea... try a dance number like the movie Chicago and then while the dance number is almost finished some cops show up and enforce the prohibition law (no alcohol in all the country.... sad but true), everybody should stand up and put their hands in the air, and then the cop instead of guns the take out streamers and those popping streamers and say happy birthday (you mom´s name here).... It could be a real hoot !!! Well there´s a skit for ya !!!

She's from the 80's, she would rather go to the mall and shop. The 20's is very different. Look for the Minstrel Show's like in the movie White Christmas. You can act out the Mr. Jones Skit, it's funny.

Why would you want a 20's themed party? I would think that is kind of insulting to her. It is basically saying that she is older than she actually is. Unless she really likes that era I think you should go with a 60's themed party. Maybe highlight current events that happened in 1967.

do a skit with tap dancing (look up ginger rodgers) or do something from a charlie chaplin movie (big pants, top hat, fake mustache). or you can have a charlston lesson (think electric slide, but instead you're doing the charleston).

Umm... shouldn't the theme be "the 60's" then?
