well its a simple birthday party, and i need some simple ways to place streamers and balloons around the house. its simple streamers from dollarama and simple balloons (not helium). i want something neat and simple.

i take 2 colors and if you pinch them together at 1 end and sprial them. it gives a 2 tone look.
if you have a chandeler you can fix them to the center and string them the length of the room with a lil slack.

you hang streamers singly from the ceiling or you can weave them through things
