My father is turning 50 and were having a suprise party for him, does anyone have any ideas that would make the party special? I'm putting together a scrapbook of the big events over his last 50 years. But I was wondering if anyone has any ideas? Thanks!

try to get some of his old friends there. also, decorate with things from his past. was he in the army? did he go to university? if so, decorate with the colors of his school. the idea is to celebrate his life and accomplishments, not make him sad/reminiscing.
