Daily:
Cocoa butter/ Shea butter/ Hemp butter.
You don't want to use butter during the day, it's supper greasy. Spread the butter on you skin, you won't be able to rub it in much. Go to bed and try not to stain your sheets. :-P
In the morning, the butter will be more or less absorbed into your skin.
Wash your face with alkaline cleanser. (Foaming - seaweed/ aloe/ herbal/almond/gum etc...)
Vitamin C.
Dry face and lightly brush skin with vitamin C. (Pureed orange, lemon, lime, tomatoes, cranberries, strawberries etc) Dilute any vitamin C source that is too strong. (lemons and limes) with 1/2 part water.
Leave for 15 mins up to 30 mins and rinse with water.
If your skin starts to smart, rinse off immediately by repeatedly splashing your face with cool water. Don't rub. Don't worry about to trying this again if it did smart. Vitamin C strengthens the skin, encourages renewal of cells & increases elasticity.
Leave it for a few secs more the next day, eventually your skin will be resilient enough for higher concentrations & longer period.
Once - twice a week:
Exfoliate.
Exfoliate with a solution of glycerin soap, baking soda, unrefined sugar cane/sugar beet sugar & water.
Only exfoliate < 1 hour after vitamin C treatment.
Mask:
Two to Three x a week: or as often as you like treat yourself to mask.
Puree 1 part pumkin, carrot, squash, sweet potatoes, red peppers or leafy greens (spinach, kale, collards etc..) vitamin A sources. Mix with 1/4 part fermented tofu, (salt hard tofu and press dry by covering with a cheesecloth and weighing it down over a seive for 3 hours, leave to ferment for <12hours, it will stink so do this in a well ventilated area) retinol source & 1/5 part seed oil (sasame, almond, safflower or sunflower) vitamin B5 source.
Leave on skin for for up to 45 mins.
Eat/drink anything left for inside out treatment.
Refridgerated, all recipes will keep for a min of 3 days.

Ah, my dear-don't think of them as wrinkles, consider them to be "character lines". The alternative would be to die young, leaving the lasting impression of youth-not such a good option!! I am 43, and have stayed wrinkle free using nothing but virgin coconut oil from the health food store. It is a solid oil, great for eating, cooking, and most of all, moisturizing. I mix a little in a small bowl with some essential oil (I use lavender oil). but you dont need an oil. Just use it to moisturize your entire body, concentrating on your "character lines". It also makes a super lip moisturizer. I have used this for years, nothing else, and often get comments on my skin. My 12 year old vegetarian daughter also uses it, and she is blemish free, whereas her friends are all dealing with acne issues. Keep laughing, which is what builds character!

Enjoy every single line! You've earned it!
I use BWC moisturizer with sunscreen in the A.M. and a Lush moisturizer (usually Imperialis) at night. Between washing and moisturizing, use a little witch hazel as a toner. I buy a lemon-infused herbal brand I get at a natural foods store.
