Try any major supper market
health food section, under vital wheat flour/ gluten wheat.
Or asian section, under seitan, mock meat flour, gluten flour.
Or fridge/freezer section, under prepared gluten/mock meat
If all else fails, I used to buy gluten flour in asian food stores (Japanese/indian/chinese) in London, this was years ago and I can't remember a brand name. If they don't sell it, worse case senario is they point you in the right direction. They will definately know what you're talking abt.
Added: when you do find it! or decide to make it urself out of strong wheat flour (it's good fun), add a tiny bit of sugar to ur recipe, makes it taste like msg "fortified" foods. ;-D

I think everyone else has answered your main question, but for the record, in treating autism, usually gluten and casein are both removed, not just gluten. Many children react to both, some react more to one than the other, and some react only to one (many times, it's the casein). Also, because of the way you worded it with "I heard that gluten free recipes and products are the best solution", I would just like to make sure you know that for both gluten intolerance and autism, every last trace of gluten counts, in every product that ever crosses your lips. You may not be particularly happy with any gluten-free flours you try if you are accustomed to wheat flour. Over time, you may be able to adjust your tastes, but you have to expect that they will taste different.

I am not sure if u mean gluten free, or regular gluten! Gluten is simply the protein in wheat, rye and barley. Regular store bought flour IS gluten flour. Except no one calls it gluten flour. Most ppl only use the word gluten if they are gluten FREE, so for the sake of time I'll go ahead and answer that, and if that isnt right, oh well, maybe ppl learned something!? LOL!
There is Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Four
and then there are the individual flours u can mix together into a GF flour mix (try the cookbook Bette Hagmans Gluten Free Gourmet for flour mixing recipes.)
There is also Pamela's Pancake and Baking Mix but its got more than just flours, it may already had added yeast, Im not sure.

The examples of GF flours are:
potato, tapioca, soy, corn, sweet rice, etc. But u need to mix those together with often things like xantham gum that's why I use the Bobs Red Mill, already done for me! I find it works pretty good in recipes that call for flour--NOT for self rising flour, that is a whole other ball game! :)

EDIT: Semolina and Couscous are NOT Gluten free. I assume u are making this bc u or someone u know has celiac disease! DO NOT use semolina or couscous, they contain gluten.
Also there is wheat gluten u can buy at the store, that is just a big bag of poison for Celiacs. DO NOT USE.

Arrowhead Mills makes a type called Vital Wheat Gluten, which is what I use for making seitan. You can get it at Whole Foods, and it makes about two pounds of seitan (I make a whole box worth at once, split the lump of dough, and make two "batches").

For the rest of you, this is flour that has the starch washed out of it so only the gluten remains. It forms an elastic dough that when simmered, makes an excellent meat substitute.
By the way, don't use the seitan the same day you make it. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

I`m sure you mean "Gluten free" flour as all other flours contain Gluten - a good source is Holland & Barret in most large town centres

Gluten flour is wheat based flour - it's the stuff in ordinary flour that coeliacs can't digest.
Perhaps you need strong bread flour, that's what works with the yeast to give the doughit's 'elastic' quality
