I have a question. I'm 14 and never had sex. I have one red, pimpel looking bump between my legs down there. I'm also over weight so could that one pimpel be caused by chaffing or could it be genital herpes?

If you have never had sex or done anything sexual then it is pretty unlikely that it is genital herpes.

It could be a number of things actually, besides genital herpes. People can develop acne in their genital area. They can also get razor burn and ingrown hairs in their genital area from shaving. If a hair gets ingrown it gets stuck underneath the skin. This can cause a build up of bacteria which can puss.

If you are really concerned you can always go to your doctor and get tested. Good luck!

No! You have to be exposed up close & personal! Just be careful to ise antibacterial soap & salve on the spot.
