Try getting your hands on a few different fondue pots for different kinds of chocolate. You can also add things to your chocolate - like graham cracker crumbs or brownie pieces just to kick it up a notch.
if you're using one of those large fondue fountains try milk chocolate. More people would eat it and it won't go to waste. make sure you use good milk chocolate that everyone would like - don't get bad chocolate because the after taste can put some people off.

Don't add anything to your chocolate. Most people like their chocolate plain. I do suggest however having milk chocolate and white chocolate.
Do graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, strawberries, almost anykind of fruit, cookies.

I would do just regular chocolate for your fondue.
You can use:banana, pineapple spears, strawberries, fresh pear slices, apple slices, mangos. The list is endless.
By using reg choc,it will go with all the flavours of the fruit you choose.
