When you past 8 days of treatment, the usual dosing is to take 1mg pill in the morning and 1mg pill in the evening.
You can wait to take your next regular dose.
But you should talk to your doctor if you are having side effects such as nausea or sleep problems.

You take one pill per day the first few days of treatment, then step it up to 2 tabs per day. One extra won't hurt you.
