Chantix really works.
The effectiveness of Chantix in smoking cessation was demonstrated in six clinical trials, which included a total of 3659 chronic cigarette smokers who were treated with varenicline.
These smokers had previously averaged 21 cigarettes a day for approximately 25 years.

Or you can compare either of those methods to the following: Dont plan on it, just quit. The "BS method" as I call it "Be Spontaneous" Ofcourse this wont help sell any antismoking products or therapies so it isnt often suggested. The beauty of this method is that it costs you nothing and can be done anytime. Like NOW.
