I'm all about a nutrient-packed smoothie for lunch. This is a recipe I use often, especially if I'll be jogging and don't want a bulky meal weighing me down. The number after the ingredient is the number of calories in that ingredient.

1 Cup Orange Juice with Calcium, 110
1/2 Cup Silk Soy Milk Plus, 55
1/2 Cup Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness Juice (or other green juice), 70
1 Tbsp Flax Oil, 130
1 Tbsp Blue Agave Nectar, 60
1 Cup Raw Carrots, 50
1 Cup Raw Kale, 35
2 Tbsp Brown Rice Protein Powder, 110
1 Large Banana, 125
1 Large Peach, 70
1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries), 35
12 Ice Cubes, 0

Total Calories: 850, Total Servings: 2-4

Add the first 7 ingredients and blend. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the ice cubes) and blend again. Pour what you're not going to have into a different container and refrigerate for the next day -- usually lasts for 24-48 hours. Add the ice cubes to the remaining mixture and blend again. The next day, put what you saved back in the blender with more ice cubes.
