egg re placer?

I am going to make Thumb-Print Cookies Vegan. I tried the powder stuff yucky! Can you taste the soy if I use Tofu? Thanks

Did you mix the powdered replacer with the water before incorporating it into the dough? If not, that could be the problem.

You use 1/4 cup of silken tofu (the kind in the aseptic box) per egg. If you mix it properly, you shouldn't be able to taste it.

Not sure about the soy, but I think you could use apple sauce.
