No one can tell you what theme to have for your party. You have to find one you like and run with it. Since I don't know your age, I will suggest sites with themes for adults and teens. I'm sure you'll find something you will like. Most offer free print out of party invitations, suggestions for food and decorating ideas. I'll even offer a site for party games you could play.

have a mystery death themed party (check out www.nightofmystery.com)
or an old school gangster themed party
or a come as you are party (the trick with this ine is you tell your invited friends to come in wearing whatever they were wearing when they get their invites be it a towel or pajamas or whatnots)
or choose a country, and your decors and menu will be based on the country.

Colonial, Hawaii, Celebrities, Egyptian, Historical people could dress up for the party as their favorite decade the winner gets a prize. It could be school supplies, a CD, jewelry, or anything you can find at Target
