Gee, I don't know what kind it was but I have eaten it. It had been dried and reconstituted in water. Sliced thin and seasoned with rice viegar as a salad. Interesting texture. Like a very firm gummy bear.

im viet but everytime i go to dinner wit my friends they r not asian one bit but they love jellyfish they actually introduced me to it they r really good if u ask me they r firm n pretty much like carrots that r like half cooked i eat mine wit soy sauce my grandparents eat it wit pink vinegar u just eat it like anything else
