my dear if you think that you have low pottassium level I think it is best to see your doctor so that he could draw your blood and determine if you are hypokalemic. both hypokalemia and hyerkalemia symtoms are alike. it is important that you see your doctor because potassium is one of the most important electrolyte used by your heart. some symtoms include, heart palpitation, chestpain with difficulty breathing, numbness and tingling in your extremities.
