Well i should start by saying i was diagnosed with asthma when i was preggo 6 yrs ago but the only probs I ever had was broncitus.

well tonight my neighbors are burning some stuff and now my chest feels heavy. i can't lay down or i feel like I can't breath at all. I am not coughing but I am having to work extra hard to breath.

if it is what should I do? I don't have any of my inhalors since i haven't had a problem in a very long time.

It sure sounds like it. You should probably go to the ER because symptoms can rapidly worsen, so by the time you know you need to go, you could really be in trouble. It would be a good idea to have a rescue inhaler available from here on out. Good luck.

I also suggest you pick up some Aloe Vera Juice at a health food store, as it is a wonderful healer and if you like I can send you an article on the benefits of the Juice. Send me an email preferably from a different email address if you have one, as these articles are very lengthy. Send it to newbegin@shaw.ca and as your subject put Aloe Vera Info.
Also dairy products are very bad for our respiratory systems as they collect mucas and plugs things up, especially asthma.

Get to A&E now. See your doc ASAP about what has happened
