i wouldn't say ALL. it would definitely affect most people, but there are those that aren't affected by violence and cruelty towards animals.

False. Even if people were disgusted at the sight of what they say in the slaughter houses and gave up eating meat, they still wouldn't be vegans. A vegan is a person who gives all things made from animals. So, even if slaughter houses were made of glass, people would still drink milk, and eat eggs and honey.

No. A lot of people are used to having (at one time or another) either killed or processed their own meat. A lot of other people wouldn't be bothered by violence.
Maybe more people in countries like the US, who not really have an idea of what its like in there would be bothered by it. But they probably, in many cases, wouldn't even stop then, since it is a natural and ingrained habit (from both custom and evolution).
I bet a lot of the guys who work in slaughter houses eat meat. At really good discount prices, if not free, for that matter.

Nope, not true at all. Sure maybe a few more people would become Vegan, at least temporarily. But realistically all that would happen is people would change their route and not drive past the slaughter house before dinner.

No. A lot of people slaughter/process their own meat, so even if all of the slaughter houses were shut down we'd not all be Vegan...

specific, i actually agree. in spite of the undeniable fact that, I wager they adjust the way they slaughter them. If every person observed it many times lower back and replaced into not disturbed via it or enjoyed staring at and locate it unique i could ask your self what sort of person who replaced into or in the event that they have been a human in any respect. i wouldn't in any respect believe that person. They lack compassion and a heart.

I agree! Also, if most people had to go out and hunt, catch, kill, slaughter and butcher their own meat there would be more veggies too!! Its only because its so convenient to buy it in a neat little package at the grocers, that most people eat it at all-that way, they dont have to think about the fact that the meat they are buying was recently part of the anatomy of a live, cruely treated, then slaughtered animal

You couldn't be less right. I myself have many times killed and prepared my own meat. And just because you see cows getting killed, it does not mean that you will give up all forms of meat. Please don't go on anti-meat crusades, the last thing humans need to be fighting about is what we eat.

I am already a vegetarian. If slaughter houses had glass walls, I wouldn't be able to handle it and would start killing people... ironic isn't it?

Well I do agree that most people would, but not everyone. Some people really don't care how badly anything else is treated, including other people.

Well the walls would probably be completely covered with blood so we couldn't see through them anyway.
