That is not sugar sugar. It is called a 'yeast infection'. You can buy a product called monostat 7 at the grocery store that should take care of it.
Also, you usually don't get it from a dirty environment. You can get it from sexual contact, but that is not common. Most likely cause is too damned much junk in the diet, and/or the use of antibiotics. But the effective treatment is a preparation like monostat 7.
You can also douche with pau d'arco tea, but you need the right tea. It has to be made from the inner bark of the Tabebuia Avellanedae, or Lapacho tree. Inner bark only! This is liable to be expensive, if it is cheap, it is not the right stuff. They just labeled it as pau d'arco so they could sell it.

It could be a yeast infection or some other kind of infection. Trichamonas will do it as well as others. If you are diabetic your urine most likely contains some sugar which feeds the infection and you probably won't be able to get rid of it without prescription medication. Prescription meds work really well and really fast so you won't have to worry about standing in public and scratching your itch. (People tend to take offense at that)

Since this is your first time, you should get checked by a doctor.
It is very common after a round of antibiotics.
Your doctor will tell you what to use.
