It could be anything from blocked aerteries to anxiety. You should go to a doctor. You can have chest pains from anxiety and not even know you are anxious. There is even an old time illness that older people refer to as plurisey...not sure if that's spelled right. You get chest pains from breathing, most often on the side of your chest but sometimes around the heart. It usually goes away but can take some time and I don't think there is a medicine to cure it. Call the doctor and stop running until you can get in and find out what is wrong.

Miler Paul Fix dropped dead at home one day. His body was in excellent condition, but he never took care of his insides. His heart was in bad shape and he never knew it either. I don't think you will take this advice, because it takes a strong person to do it. I did after I had a heart attack and if I knew about it beforehand I don't think I would have had a heart attack. Try drinking a cup of warm water three times a day with either a quarter or a half a teaspoon of the hottest herbal cayenne(chili) powder you can get. This rebuilds the heart muscle, rebuilds the lining of the stomach, lowers your cholesterol, if you have high blood pressure it lowers it to normal and low blood pressure it raises it to normal. It prevents and helps heal colon cancer, prostate cancer and uterine cancer. Doctors will tell you that the AMA doesn't approve this, but it has been used by indigent peoples for thousands of years and it works. I still do it every day. And it is never too late to start. The only time it is too late is when you don't start.

Chances are its not your heart. Maybe you pulled a muscle in your chest a little bit, does stretching hurt as well? Does it hurt when you breath in or out, does it stay the same all the time? If it stays pretty constant, while you breath in and out, and isnt just when you excercise, or stretch, perhaps go see your doctor to tell him.

You're just winded dude. Means you were really pushing yourself. Last year I got winded so easily, and I was in perfect shape and am in even better shape now, and I don't come even close to getting winded. You're probably smoking or puberty or something.

How long has it been since you had an EKG? I'd have a thorough heart checkup, and I'd probably have the cardiologist administer it.

You'll never know unless you see a Doctor where he can perform the necessary test. Why take the chance and do nothing.

Ooh, definitely see a doctor if about your heart. Do it as soon as possible, too.

You may not be breathing correctly. Be sure your mouth is closed and breath evenly.
