Italian!!! I find there is more variety and I'm Italian!

I presonally like Italian food better but I also love mexican. To whoever said that Italian food has no variety thay are obviously not Italian nor have they ever had real Italian food. My 100% Italian grandmother right off the boat makes a different authentic Italian meal every Sunday for dinner.

They are both good, depending on what you feel like that day. Italian is comforting, and Mexican food from a restaurant is really good if you want to have something spicy and hang out with friends ( I always associate Mexican restaurants with going out with friends). Both can be very unhealthy (Alfredo sauce; Queso Dip) or very healthy and good for you. Keep in mind, real Mexican and Italian food is lighter and healthier than the chain restaurant food you can get in the US. It is also much more delicious.
That being said, there is nothing wrong with enchiladas with cheese sauce or with Alfredo chicken, just don't eat them too often.
To sum it up, I love both, so I don't think either is better- they are both great.

I've never had REAL Italian food. I knew an Italian and she told me Olive Garden is NOTHING compared to the real thing. She said it's a joke, soooooo I'm going to say Mexican.
I've actually eaten real Mexican food. I found this place that had a Mexican grocery store owned by a family and they had a very tiny restaurant connected. My dad and I ate there and it was very very good! You could even watch them cook it all in the kitchen because it was so small.

I love Italian food; it is so comforting and delicious. On the other hand Mexican food, especially when it is served in a restaurant is exciting and fiery!
Over all... Italian is probably more palatable and I can eat it more often.

Mexican food is much better because there is more vareity like tamales, or enchiladas or even taqitos. Then there is Italian Pizza and Spapegheti. Wow Hmm, not much!
