I never regretted going veg. Maybe wish I did sooner.

I regret not supporting those who were vegetarian before I became one.

Because I am curious about food cultures, I do regret that there are some foods I will never try like insects, worms, I hear they are pushing rats now. There was a time I would have tried these, but not anymore my convictions are too strong.

(lol) I do not regret having strong convictions that may keep me from trying something I could regret later.

My only regret was I stayed vegetarian too long before I became vegan. Vegan is so much better!

yea.. i regret not being one sooner

tho i didn't really eat much meat to begin with so that makes me feel better... i always picked out the meat in things such a spaghetti with meat sauce.... and now that i am a vegetarian... i ask myself.. why wasn't i one this whole time??? it makes so much sense! well.. for me at least :)

another regret since i have become vegetarian is watching some of those peta videos..... if you cant handle gruesome reality like that... then DON'T WATCH THEM... i am still to this day.... VERY traumatized by them :( some people watch them for the encouragement but i don't really need it.. i was just curious and now i wish i never saw them :(

i love animals and i don't want to eat them.... thats it..

no, never

27 years with an instant cut-off of meat after i saw a pig farm.

Nothing will get me to support the meat industry again.

The first answerer was sick on thier attempt so probably not best placed to advise anyone to take a multi-vitamin. There is no need for supplements at all.

why? i don't understand the question.. i regret being thinner? healthier... feeling better and having no more digestional issues? cleaner skin? longer hair? no more pains in the wrists? no more acid reflux disease? no more constipation? not having to take so many drugs for hypertension?

being able to tolerate extreme heat? it's amazing what a difference a diet makes...

hummm.. strange question.

i'll get back to yah on that...

My only regret is that I didn't start looking at people like they are idiots everytime they ask me how I get my protein.

Now I just look at them like it's the dumbest question ever and they drop it.

I was a vegan my one regret is not doing the diet correctly and making myself very sick.I now suffer from many health problems because I consumed no fat and didn't balance protein.

My advice for people interested in veganism (study nutrition and balance your diet, and always take a multi-vitamin.Do not believe any of the crazy "experts" who reccomend a low or no fat diet. The right kind of fat is essential for hormones, digestive health and even brain functioning. Eat nuts, avocados, flax, borage and evening primerose oil, cold pressed olive oil etc.And get enough protein!
