i am having my b-day soon and i want to do something really fun and exciting! any ideas???

I say do a theme party! Pick a theme and then have everyone dress in wahtever theme you have picked! Like
HAWAIIAN~hula skirts, lies and hawaiian shirts
1950's~poodle skirts, bobby socks, hair slicked back and scarfs tied around the neck
Toga party~ use sheets or plain white fabric to tie around yourselves to make togas, leaf headband
Whatever you can think of would be great!

I wish I knew where you lived. Is there a dinner theater in your area? They offer a buffet dinner and a show. That would be a memorable birthday. They will also serve your cake and sing Happy Birthday to you.
