Go to the store and get the Fiesta pack - it is in the frozen section. It will have taquitos, burritos, mini tacos and other Mexican treats. Grab a jar of salsa and a thing of sour cream and a big bag of chips! Everything goes on the same tray in the oven and there is very little prep or clean up involved - and those packs are around $10 each with about 40 items per pack.

You can't really go wrong with any of those other suggestions but may I suggest making mini pizzas. They were a big hit at our last super bowl party. I split english muffin (I used sourdough but I am not sure it would matter which flavor, except the raisin ones) and placed each halved on cookie sheets, spread jarred spaghetti sauce on and topped each with assorted toppings and cheese, Then I baked them in a hot oven until the cheese melted but the bread was still soft. After they completely cooled I placed them into a airtight container (I was able to stack them) and refrigerated them until the next day. When my guests arrived I placed them on a cookie sheet and reheated them under the broiler (or oven if you want). This took very little time because they were already partially cooked. Have a fun party.

Do a crock pot full of meatballs using this recipe:

Meatballs w/ Sauce

2 large bags of Meatballs
1 large jar of Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup of Grape Jelly
1/2 cup of Cocktail Sauce

Let this simmer in crock pot on high all day this will be a great snack.

Also, do a cheese, pickle, olive, pepperoni tray and serve with crackers.

Hot wings are good too. You can buy them in the grocery store and pop them in the oven.

You could also make several dips, there are spicy ones, cheesy ones.

Dip Recipe

1 block of Velvetta Cheese
1 jar of Mild Salsa (Depending on spicy preference)

Place cheese in microwavable bowl and heat until melted. Pour in Salsa and stir well, put in microwave for 1 minute, serve with Tortilla chips

What I'm going to suggest is not really finger food, but it is "man" food. What could be easier than chili or sloppy Joe's? Can any of you girls grill? I think all men love ribs on the grill What about a sandwich buffet? Turkey, ham. roast beef etc. and all the ' fixings'. No effort on your part You should also make something sweet. Even something as simple as cookies will be a hit.

prepare garlic aioli (mayonnaise, a little cream, and garlic)
cook some minced meat in a little garlic and onion salt and pepper, and some herbs.
shred some lettuce
dice some tomatoes
chop some onions
then open up a bag of tostitos, top with the meat, then the lettuce, then the tomatoes & onions. then dress with sour cream (or plain yogurt if you don't have it), then plain cheese sauce, and your garlic aioli.

how about making chicken popcorn, and some potato balls? pair it with a lot of dipping sauces and you're set.

or some twice bakes potatoes?

You can NEVER go wrong with Buffalo Wings. Go to your grocery deli(albertsons or walmart) and order some potato wedges, egg rolls or try the deli-mex taquitos. or simply go to this website (kraftfoods.com) they have a lot of recipes just look up appetizers. OH and FYI the TGIF brands in the freezer areas are very good!!! They have wings, cheese dip, jalapeno poppers, potato skins, mozzarella sticks.

GOOD LUCK!!! :)
