True vegetarians or vegans don't eat yogurt.

Ever taken a look at the side of the yogurt container?

It has Kosher Gelatin. Ew.

Do you?

It is true that a vegetarian would not eat gelatin but there are yogurts on the market that have no gelatin.

Well I think kosher gelatin didn't have animal product in it, but I'm not sure. But anyway I have never liked yogurt, and if something I did like had gelatin in it, I wouldn't eat it. I think it's just as bad as eating meat.

Many yogurts do not contain gelatin (kosher or otherwise). Dannon is one brand, there are many sold at health food stores also.

BTW, if a product has "food starch" or "modified food starch" listed as an ingredient there's a good chance it's not vegetarian.

Always read the ingredients.

some major yogurt brands [like yoplait, i think] do have the kosher gelatin, but brands like stonyfield farms & others don't.

seems such as you're eating a candy bar. have you ever study the label and found out in case your eating "Carmine"? that is crimson nutrients coloring created from floor up bugs - confident, i'm intense. study the labels, discover out what you're eating, and how plenty fat and sugar you're eating alongside with bugs and poisonous chemical components you are able to no longer pronounce. in case you desire something healthful - try between the hot greek varieties - Vanilla or Honey purely - no computer virus dye, and no chemical components the two!
